Waterproofing and renovating the entire plaza deck, including removing all deck landscaping, pavers, topping slabs, and electrical systems. New 20-year hot rubberized waterproofing systems were installed, a new elevated deck constructed, new railings, lighting, pathways, tile and grass finishes and landscaping were also installed.
