Phase 1 included the removal and replacement of the expansion joint that ran around the entire building through roofs, decks, planters, and various rooms. All of these areas were exposed, a new joint was installed and new finishes and landscaping were re-installed. The back plaza deck was also completely demolished, new waterproofing was installed at the structural level, followed by a new topping slab and finishes. Phase 2 included the concrete restoration, sealant replacement, and complete repainting of the entire exterior of the property.
