Various concrete restoration, waterproofing, and re-painting projects throughout, including removing and replacing various window assembly systems, removing and re-installing balcony tile, repairing spalling concrete in the garages, and re-painting these areas. All projects were performed while the hotel was in service and without disrupting its guests.
